where it hurts

Logan Long  “Kite surfing is a great work out for your whole body:
legs, abs, arms, lats and shoulders.”

So make sure you are reasonable fit and don't go too far on you first few outings,  caus when your saw it is a long long loong loooong way back.

Also keep hydrated and you will be hungry when you get back.

learning to kite board

Going to try and bring you a bit of information on learning to kiteboard.

1. you have to know how to fly a kite,  so get a  training kite,  OK for land boarding and training,  but no good for kitebaording as they do not float.

2.  you nead steady winds,  not gusty  about 12 knots, side shore winds are best.
