Problems with Waroo's???

to be fair these are only peoples opinions.


1) Waroo's don't fly well on stock turbo diesel or cabrina bars... (bars with pulleys).  you need to disable the pulleys on TD bar to get
it to work with the Waroo. Just add oh shit loops, get the lines even
and you are pretty much ready go. The TD bar is nice.


you must set your kite up and tune it, to get the most from it.

and after it's tuned ya gota know how to fly it.he Waroos love to back-fly (as do most of the flat SLEs) if they have to much rear line tension

I noticed this same problem with launchings and
landings of the Crossbow and TD at Stevenson, so I don't think it's
limited to the Waroo - must be a characteristic of SLEs if they aren't
tuned perfectly, or very light wind launch.

Group hypes up extreme sport

The Myers brothers have offered kiteboarding demonstrations at the Open Space throughout the week.

"We don't have a shop right downtown because we're not interested in walk-in customers," said Matt Myers, co-owner of Broneah. "You have to search us out because we only deal with people who really want to learn how to kiteboard."

The weekend class teaches the basics of maneuvering the kites, and familiarizes students with the water, board and other equipment. By Sunday afternoon, the goal of Broneah is "to get them confident enough so that they can go home, get on their gear and go practice on their own," said Keegan Myers.

Anyone that likes to wakeboard, snowboard, ski and likes the rush of lots of power in the kite would like it.”
